MEGA Trade Fairs is at TAMPINES MRT NOW ！！！

There is a total of 64 FOOD STALLS there with a wide variety of popular local and international street foods.

1. Ramly Burger

The most popular burger in Malaysia. A choice of beef, chicken or fish patty wrapped with eggs and served with chili and mayonnaise sauce.

2. 福州蛏饼

        

Traditional Fu Zhou fritters filled with oysters, coriander and topped with peanuts before being plunged into the hot oil. 

        

3. 胖嘟嘟Tutu Kueh 

Steamed rice cake with assorted flavors such as shredded coconut and palm sugar.  Gula Melaka flavor is highly recommended.

4.Souffle Pancake

Fluffy Japanese pancake comes in original, strawberry and chocolate flavors. 

5. Pisang Keju

Indonesia style fried banana topped with condensed milk and shredded cheese that fully covered the banana.

 6. Grilled King Oyster Mushroom

Taiwanese grilled oyster mushroom with a choice of different sauces. Spicy lovers can go for the spicy sauce. You should try it if you have not.

7. Apam Balik (Traditional & Crispy)

It comes in both soft and crispy texture
Traditional- Malay style of fluffy pancake with sweet corn and peanut inside.

Crispy - It comes in both soft and crispy texture and there is a choice of sweet and salty toppings.

8. Vadai

Savory fried snacks from India with crispy skin and fluffy filling topped with big prawn. It tastes better with chili padi.

9. Thai Food

Thai grilled meat skewer is one of the best sellers of Thai Food stall. The pork is well seasoned and tender coupled with their specialty Thai sauce.
If you want some foods which are fulfilling, you should try out the Thai- style noodles and rice.


10. Beef Cube



Mentaiko beef cube is the most welcoming flavor.
If you are the lover of Mentaiko, you should not miss it.

11. BBQ Prawn

If you are not beef lovers, you can go for BBQ prawn. Jumbo XL prawn is their signature.
Their prawns are fresh and juicy mixed well with the sauce.
Chinese style fresh clam soup with chili padi to remove the clam smell and boost up the taste.

12. Mac & Cheese

      

The mac and cheese is perfectly rich and creamy.
It comes with three flavors. (Orginal, Spicy and Salted Egg). The salted egg flavor is a perfect combination that boosts up the taste.

13. Japanese Pizza

It is called Okonomiyaki in Japanese. It is a mixture of cabbage, spring onion, melty cheese and a choice of bacon, squid, and prawn. Garnish with okonomiyaki sauce, tempura flakes, bonito flakes, and seaweed. 

14. Kebab

Middle Eastern wrap with chicken or beef perfectly matches with a specialty sauce.


15. Cheese Banana

Banana sliced in thin pieces and topped with a wide variety of toppings.  Choco cheese banana is my favorite flavor.

16. Sweet Potato Ball

One of the long queue snacks in Pasar Malam. It is a signature snack in the Taiwan market.

17. Mala Skewer

For a spicy fanatic like me, this is definitely the best choice of snacks. Mala skewers are served in three different forms: Fried Spicy, Fry Mala and Soup Mala. There are over 20 types of skewers to choose from.

18. Mango Float 

 

Chilled drinks for such hot weather in Singapore. Brown sugar lover will be delighted to find mango float with brown sugar. 

The stall also offers mango sticky rice, mango salad, and mango cheese spring roll.

19. Fruits Tea and Bubble Tea

 

People with a healthy lifestyle can go for Four Season fruits tea. It is a combination of four types of fruits that freshly blend on the spot. It tastes sweet and sour and good for digestion after eating all the fried snacks.

20.Bird Nest Drinks

Authentic Singapore local drinks. The drinks are freshly boiled with selected pandan leaves. CUI YAN bird nests are being used for their drinks. 

21. Thai Tea

  

Delicious and refreshing drinks made from Thai tea leaves. It comes in both red tea and green tea.

22. Durian Ice Cream & Pancake

Durian season is here again. Durian ice cream and durian pancake featuring pure 100% D24 durians are now at Pasar Malam. Durian lovers should not miss it. You will be back for the taste.

23. Baby Pancake

 

Mini fluffy pancake sizzled with butter. It comes in 6 flavors. (Traditional, cookies and cream, Nutella, banana, Odeh-Odeh, red velvet and more)
 The taste is similar to Yorkshire pudding. It is also known as German pancakes.

24. Sotong Kang Kong

 

It is a well-known street food in Penang and Ipoh. It sounds weird to team up squid with Kang kong but it turns out to be quite special with rojak sauce.

25. Pak Haji Corner

There are no stopping Singaporeans from indulging in this high-fat hawker favorite. It offers a couple of hawker foods such as Char Kway Teow and carrot cake. 
The reason for trying it is I get to customize my own hawker foods here.

26. Fried Sotong

An extremely large fried squid is here which is different from the typical fried squid ring. 

Squid is being soaked and fried until golden and crispy and garnish the selected sauce.

5 flavors to choose from which are mayo&cheese, pepper, cheesy mozzarella, paprika, and salted egg.

27. Chicken Rice

Flavorful fried chicken is accompanied with a savory-sweet chili sauce and served with white rice steamed in chicken stock and aromatics.

 28. Tempura

Tempura is a Japanese dish of battered and deep-fried vegetables and seafood. They offer sushi, shrimp, king oyster, crabstick in tempura. Tempura is best served hot with salt or tempura dipping sauce.

29. Nasi Ayam Bakar

It is an Indo char-grilled. Chicken is marinated with sweet soy sauce and coconut oil. The sweet soy sauce is well absorbed and tastes better with the black spicy sauce. 

30. Ah Hun Taiwanese Snacks

Signature Taiwan Night Market fried snacks such as crispy chicken chop, salted crispy chicken, sour plum sweet potato and crispy fried mushroom.

31.Rosti

Rosti is a Swiss potato dish, a cross between hashbrown and potato pancake.

It has been invented into seaweed, chili flakes, tomato, spicy and garlic pepper flavors and topped with a poached egg.

32. Crispy Crepe

 

Crispy French crepe crisped up with a thin layer of buttery. Customers get to customize their own special crepe.

They are always mouthwatering, satisfying and addictive.

Oyster vermicelli is a noodle soup popular in Taiwan. The oyster remains plump and juicy after cook.

38. Sugarcane

Sugarcane juice is freshly extracted from sugarcane.

39. Teow Chew Meat Puffs

Traditional homemade meat puffs from China. It a mixture of minced meat, coriander, and fragrant spices.
